Dėl INVL Baltic Real Estate prospekto tvirtinimo

„INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau  – Bendrovė) informuoja, jog atsižvelgiant į LR kolektyvinio investavimo subjektų įstatymo (toliau – KISĮ) nuostatas, Bendrovei, veikiančiai pagal KISĮ, yra numatyta prievolė nuolat turėti galiojantį prospektą, parengtą pagal KISĮ arba LR vertybinių popierių įstatymo (toliau – VPĮ) reikalavimus (toliau – Prospektas).

2019 m. rugpjūčio mėn. vadovaujantis KISĮ nuostatomis buvo parengtas bei valdymo įmonės UAB „INVL Asset Management“ (toliau –  Valdymo įmonė) patvirtintas Bendrovės Prospektas. Atsižvelgiant į tai, kad  informacijos skelbimo metu nėra pagrindų, sukuriančių pareigą Bendrovei parengti ir turėti prospektą, atitinkantį VPĮ reikalavimus, siekiant atitikti minėtą KISĮ reikalavimą 2025 m. rugsėjo 24 d. Bendrovės Valdymo įmonė patvirtino atnaujinto Prospekto versiją ir pritarė jo skelbimui.

Prospektas buvo pateiktas Lietuvos bankui, laikantis KISĮ reikalavimų.
