Pranešimas apie savų akcijų anuliavimą

2021 m. liepos 26 d. įregistravus naują „INVL Baltic Real Estate“ (toliau – „Bendrovė“) įstatų redakciją Juridinių asmenų registre, pasibaigė Bendrovės įstatinio kapitalo mažinimo procedūra, kurios metu buvo anuliuoti per akcijų išpirkimo procesus Bendrovės įsigyti 5 088 586 vnt. savų paprastųjų vardinių akcijų, kas sudarė 38,7 proc. visų Bendrovės išleistų akcijų. Apie įstatinio kapitalo mažinimą Bendrovė skelbė 2021 m. gegužės 13 d. (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b1c08ed971c67f48e074388d1c11fa5dd&lang=lt)

2021 m. liepos 26 d. duomenimis, Bendrovės įstatinis kapitalas yra lygus 11 689 050,30 eurų. Bendrovės kapitalas padalintas į 8 061 414 vnt. paprastųjų vardinių akcijų, kurių kiekvienos nominali vertė lygi 1,45 eurų.
