Chief Financial Officer appointment: confirmation of start date
Cardiff, UK. 7 January 2019: IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading global supplier of advanced wafer products and wafer services to the semiconductor industry, is pleased to confirm that Mr Tim Pullen will join IQE in his role as Chief Financial Officer to the board of the Group (the “Board”) on 4th February 2019. Mr Pullen’s appointment was announced on 15th October 2018.
Mr Pullen, who was most recently Chief Financial Officer of ARM Limited, a global semiconductor and software design company owned by Softbank Group, will initially work alongside Dr Godfrey Ainsworth FCA, Executive Chairman and interim CFO. Dr Ainsworth will support Mr Pullen through the reporting and presentation of the full year 2018 results scheduled for publication on 20 March 2019. As previously announced, Dr Ainsworth will retire from the Board on or before the date of the 2019 AGM.
