Die Investis-Gruppe baut ihr Segment Real Estate Services weiter aus und erwirbt per 23. März 2022 die Aatest AG mit Sitz in Lenzburg. Das Unternehmen wurde 2006 gegründet, beschäftigt 7 Mitarbeitende und erwirtschaftete 2021 einen Jahresumsatz von CHF 2.1 Mio. Über die Höhe des Kaufpreises wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Mit dem Labor in Lenzburg bietet Aatest erfolgreich folgende Dienstleistungen an: 

  • Akkreditierte Analysen von Asbest in Baumaterialen und Technischen Produkten;
  • Analyse von Oberflächenstaub auf Asbest, Auswertung von Luftfilterproben auf anorganische Fasern sowie allgemeine mikroskopische Dienstleistungen.

Der Standort in Lenzburg bleibt erhalten und es werden alle Mitarbeitenden übernommen.
