Investis meldet Vollzug der angekündigten Liegenschaftskäufe – weitere Käufe sind unterzeichnet

  • Unterzeichnung weiterer Liegenschaftskäufe bereits erfolgt

Die in der Mitteilung vom 24. Juni erwähnten fünf unterzeichneten Liegenschaftskäufe konnten erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Der Kaufpreis beträgt insgesamt CHF 201 Mio. (Soll-Mietertrag von CHF 12.5 Mio.).

 

Zudem konnten Kaufverträge für zwei weitere Wohnliegenschaften mit einem Kaufpreis von CHF 15.8 Mio. (Soll-Mietertrag von CHF 0.7 Mio.) unterzeichnet werden. Bei einer Liegenschaft konnte der Vollzug bereits abgeschlossen werden. Für die zweite Liegenschaft wird dieser in den nächsten Wochen erwartet.

 

Der LTV ist nach diesen Käufen weiterhin unter dem Vorjahr (31.12.2023: 26%).
