Based on preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter of 2021, iSun estimates fourth quarter revenues at approximately $24.5 million to $27.0 million, gross margins at approximately 19% to 21% and net loss will be approximately $1.8 million. iSun estimates year end revenues at approximately $42.8 million to $45.3 million, gross margins at approximately 13% to 15% and net loss will be approximately $6.9 million. The largest contributors impacting the net loss for the fourth quarter are one-time expenses attributable to expenses related to the .
