JMP Group LLC (NYSE: JMP), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that its board of directors has declared cash distributions of $0.03 per share for the months of January, February and March 2017. In total, the three monthly distributions equal $0.09 per share for the first quarter of the year.
The January distribution is payable on February 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2017. The February distribution is payable on March 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2017. The March distribution is payable on April 14, 2017, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2017.
