JMP Group LLC (NYSE: JMP), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that its board of directors has declared cash distributions of $0.03 per share for the months of April, May and June 2017. In total, the three monthly distributions equal $0.09 per share for the second quarter of the year.
The April distribution is payable on May 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of April 28, 2017. The May distribution is payable on June 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2017. The June distribution is payable on July 14, 2017, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.
