Summary of the notification
KBC Ancora has received transparency notifications dated 26 and 30 September 2019 indicating that BlackRock Inc., by virtue of acquisition or disposal of voting securities or voting rights, has fallen below the lowest notification threshold of 1%.
- The notification on 26 September indicated that the number of KBC Ancora shares with voting rights reduced to 0.996%. However, the sum of the number of KBC Ancora shares with voting rights (0.996%) and the number of equivalent financial instruments (0.005%), via which voting rights may be acquired if the instrument is exercised, remained above the 1% treshold.
- The notification on 30 September indicated that the sum of the number of KBC Ancora shares with voting rights (0.991%) and the number of equivalent financial instruments (0.005%), via which voting rights may be acquired if the instrument is exercised, fell below the lowest notification threshold of 1%.
