Perspectives is a high-performing charter school founded in 1997 that currently serves nearly 1,800 children in economically disadvantaged and under-resourced south side communities in Chicago.

Earlier this year, he announced his retirement as CEO effective June 1, 2018, after which he will remain non-executive chairman. For many years, Storch and AAR have partnered with Perspectives to provide students with opportunities and resources including mentorships, internships and field study.
