Dėl AB „Klaipėdos nafta“ audito komiteto ir atlygio ir skyrimo komiteto nepriklausomų narių išrinkimo

2023 m. vasario 22 d. AB „Klaipėdos nafta“ (toliau – Bendrovė) stebėtojų tarybos sprendimu iki veikiančios Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos kadencijos pabaigos nepriklausomu Bendrovės audito komiteto nariu išrinktas Šarūnas Radavičius. Jis prisijungs prie pareigas jau einančių Roberto Vyšniausko  ir Manto Šukevičiaus.

Audito komitetą sudaro 3 (trys) nariai, iš kurių 1 (vienas) yra nepriklausomas, o 2 (du) paskirti stebėtojų tarybos nepriklausomi nariai.

Be kita ko, stebėtojų taryba nusprendė iki veikiančios Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos kadencijos pabaigos Bendrovės atlygio ir skyrimo komiteto nare išrinkti Živilę Valeišienę. Ji prisijungs prie pareigas jau einančių Dovilės Kavaliauskienės ir Roberto Vyšniausko.

Atlygio ir skyrimo komitetą sudaro 3 (trys) nariai, iš kurių 1 (vienas) yra nepriklausomas, o 2 (du) paskirti stebėtojų tarybos nariai.
