KPN reports on progress of € 300m share buyback

KPN has repurchased 2,000,000 KPN ordinary shares in the period from 27 March to 31 March 2023. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 3.25 per share for a total consideration of
€ 6.5m. These repurchases were made as part of the € 300m share buyback started on 16 February 2023 and are part of KPN's commitment to structurally return additional capital to its shareholders.

The total number of ordinary shares repurchased to date is 14,845,439 for a total consideration of
€ 48.1m.

KPN/2025 safe, mixed view on Strategy update/HOLD

We slightly up our estimates and TP ahead of the 3Q25 results on 28 October and the strategy update on 5 November. We factor in the €25m IPR benefit, spread over 2Q25 and 3Q25. The competitive environment got tougher in 3Q25 in broadband, while in mobile competition remains intense in no frill. We expect KPN will achieve its 2025 guidance though, in line with consensus.
