Changes in Lassila & Tikanoja plc’s Group Executive Board

Master of Laws (trained at the bench) Hilppa Rautpalo (born 1974) has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources and as a member of the Group Executive Board at Lassila & Tikanoja plc. She will begin in this post by 1 January 2020 at the latest. Currently, Rautpalo works as the Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Arctia Ltd. Rautpalo has previously worked as the General Counsel and SVP for HR at Unisport-Saltex Group and Ekokem Ltd. and as Group Legal Counsel at Fortum Oyj and Metsä Group.
