Rêveur Corporation Announces Distribution Services Agreement With Rise Logistics LLC, an Operating Entity of DionyMed Brands Inc.

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, December 12, 2018, Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS), (OTCQX: LDSYF), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company") announces that on December 1, 2018, its subsidiary, Rêveur Corporation, executed a distribution services agreement with Rise Logistics LLC, an operating entity of DionyMed Brands Inc. (CSE:DYME), for distribution of its products into the California cannabis market.

The Rêveur product line will be distributed throughout California by Rise Logistics LLC starting this month. Rêveur Corporation's CEO, Kelly Christopherson, stated "Rise Logistics is a well-established distribution company in California and our agreement will certainly strengthen the Rêveur business model. The Company's entire product line will be available to dispensaries throughout California beginning this month from Rise Logistics, strengthening one of Rêveur's major objectives to supply its products through legal, fully licensed and regulatory compliant distribution." The Company will continue to develop its product lines as well as build its white label business and contract manufacturing capabilities.
