LHV extends Authorities of AS LHV Finance Supervisory Board Members
The shareholders of AS LHV Finance, that belongs to LHV Group's consolidation group, decided today to extend the authorities of all AS LHV Finance Supervisory Board members by 5 (five) years, starting from the time of the decision. Members of the Supervisory Board are Erki Kilu, Rain Lõhmus, Jaan Koppel and Veiko Poolgas.
Erki Kilu is a member and the chairman of the Management Board of AS LHV Pank since 2008. In addition, Mr Kilu serves as a member of Supervisory Board of AS LHV Finance and AS LHV Varahaldus and is the chairman of the Management Board of Estonian Banking Association and a member of the Management Board of Kalevi Jahtklubi. Erki Kilu holds 126,685 shares of AS LHV Group. He has the opportunity to require 81,136 shares of AS LHV Group for options issued in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Rain Lõhmus is one of the founders of LHV. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of AS LHV Pank, AS LHV Finance, Kodumaja AS, AS Arco Vara and OÜ Ha Serv and the chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS LHV Group and Aktsiaselts Hortes. Rain Lõhmus also serves in the Management Board of AS LÕHMUS HOLDINGS, Osaühing Merona Systems, OÜ Umblu Records, Zerospotnrg OÜ and LHV Capital 1 Pte Ltd. At the same time, he is a member of the Estonian Business Association. Rain Lõhmus and parties related to him (Lõhmus Holdings OÜ, OÜ Merona Systems) hold together 6,478,005 shares of AS LHV Group.
Jaan Koppel is a member of the Supervisory Board of AS LHV Finance since 2013. Additionally, he serves as a member of Management Board of Sandman Grupi Aktsiaselts, Osaühing Raglor, Euronics Baltic OÜ, OÜ Veicoland and Toveko Invest OÜ and in the Supervisory Board of aktsiaselts METAAN and Aktsiaselts Antista. Jaan Koppel does not hold shares of AS LHV Group.
Veiko Poolgas is a member of the Supervisory Board of AS LHV Finance since 2013. Additionally, he is a member of the Management Board of VP Invest & Holdings and OÜ Veicoland. Veiko Poolgas does not hold shares of AS LHV Group.
