THE WOODLANDS, Texas, March 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (Nasdaq: LXRX), today announced the launch of a new disease awareness campaign focused on the cyclical nature of rehospitalizations for heart failure (HF) patients. The “INTO THE DARK” campaign focuses on the first 30 days following a heart failure patient’s hospitalization, which is the “danger zone” where the likelihood of poor outcomes, including rehospitalization, is highest. During this period, the journey faced by patients with HF is particularly fraught with risks and dangerous uncertainty, as characterized by high mortality and rehospitalization rates.
