The article reported that officials at the Department of Justice “have been reviewing complaints that Live Nation…has used its control over concert tours to pressure venues into contracting with its subsidiary, Ticketmaster.” Following this news, Live Nation’s share price fell from a close of $42.14 on March 29, 2018, to a close of $38.17 on April 2, 2018.
