Bremen, May 7, 2019 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4], a leading provider of medical imaging software, announces a change in its Executive Board.

As of April 1, 2019, Marcus Kirchhoff has taken over as sole member of the Executive Board of MeVis Medical Solutions AG. Kirchhoff was appointed to the Executive Board in 2012 as CEO and, in addition to his previous activities in this function, will now also be responsible for oversight of Finance, Human Resources and IT activities.

The former Chief Financial Officer Dr. Robert Hannemann left the company at his own request and reached an agreement with the Supervisory Board on the premature termination of his mandate. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Hannemann for his dedicated work over more than 8 years.
