Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) has published the results of its shareholder annual general meeting, which took place today.
All resolutions endorsed by the Board of Directors and submitted to the shareholder’s vote were approved, in particular:
- The annual and consolidated accounts for the year ended 31st December 2018;
- The renewal of Mr. Hachem Belghiti's term of office as a Director and the ratification of the cooptation of Tierny Financial Advisory as a new member of the Company's Board of Directors for the remainder of Jacques Tierny's term of office, i.e. until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year 2020.
