MBWS publishes its 2018 Registration Document

MBWS publishes its 2018 Registration Document,

including the FY 2018 financial report

Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext: MBWS) today announced that its 2018 Registration Document (in French) was submitted to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 15 May 2019.  This document includes the following items:

• The FY 2018 financial report;
• The report on corporate governance ; and
• The auditors’ reports regarding corporate governance. 

The Registration Document is made available under the current regulatory conditions.  The document is available on the Company’s website at under “Regulatory Information,” and on the website of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), .

  

Printed copies of the Registration Document are also available at the Company’s corporate headquarters at: 27-29 rue de Provence, 75009 Paris.  An English language translation of the document will be available in the coming weeks.
