Meritage Appoints Robert Potts General Counsel

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Jan. 03, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Meritage Hospitality Group, Inc. (OTCQX: MHGU), one of the nation’s premier restaurant operators, announced today that Robert Potts has been appointed as the Company’s General Counsel.  In this role Potts will lead the company’s legal and compliance strategies and activities. 

Potts has been a consulting attorney for the Company since 2011 and served as the Company’s Vice President of Real Estate from 2001 to 2008.

Potts received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and resides, with his family, in West Michigan.
