Mobile Mini, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: MINI) (the “Company” or “Mobile Mini”), the world’s leading supplier of portable storage solutions and a leading provider of tank and pump solutions in the United States, today announced that as part of its previously announced leadership transition plan, Kelly Williams, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer has assumed the Chief Executive Officer duties as of October 1, 2019. Erik Olsson, the Company’s outgoing Chief Executive Officer, has become the Company’s non-executive Chairman. In connection with this leadership transition, the Company’s Board of Directors has expanded the size of the Board and appointed Mr. Williams as a Director.
