Mr. Franz Rappold (66) resigns at his own request from his mandate to the Management Board, which would have expired mid-May 2020, prematurely by the end of June 2019.
Mr. Rappold has been working for the Mayr-Melnhof Group for 35 years, half of this period as a member of the Management Board of Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG, in which he is responsible for sales and marketing of the cartonboard division (MM Karton). The transfer of management responsibility will take place within the long-term succession planning.
