Construction contract in Estonia (renovation of Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn)

On 24 September 2020, AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Veeilu, subsidiary of AS Kapitel, entered into a contract for the renovation of Nordic Hotel Forum located at Viru väljak 3, Tallinn.

The contract includes renovation of common areas and all hotel rooms together with replacing the furniture.

The contract value is approximately EUR 8 million, plus value added tax. The works are scheduled to be completed in spring 2021.
