Ehitusleping Eestis (Tallinna Huvikeskus Kullo)

12. veebruaril 2025 sõlmisid AS Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv AS Merko Ehitus Eesti ja Tallinna Linnavaraamet ehituslepingu Tallinna Huvikeskus Kullo rajamiseks Tallinnas aadressil Mustamäe tee 59.

Leping hõlmab Kullo olemasoleva hoone lammutamist ja ligikaudu 12 000 ruutmeetrise netopinnaga uue 4-korruselise hoone rajamist koos osalise projekteerimise ja sisustamisega. Uues kogukonnakeskuses hakkavad tööle Eesti vanim ja suurim huvihariduskool Kullo, Kristiine noortekeskus ja raamatukogu. Keskuse ümber rajatakse avalikuks kasutamiseks mõeldud välialad.

Lepingu maksumus on ligikaudu 24,9 miljonit eurot, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde valmimise tähtaeg on 2026. aasta detsembris.

AS Merko Ehitus Eesti () on tunnustatud Eesti ehitusettevõte, mis teostab üld-, insener- ja elamuehituse töid.
