Start of the construction of Rinktinės Urban 2nd stage residential development project (Vilnius city centre)

UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has started the 2nd stage of Rinktinės Urban residential development in the city centre of Vilnius, located at the corner of Rinktinės and Ceikiniu streets. The start of construction works is July 2018, and completion date is scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2020.

2nd stage of Rinktinės Urban residential development project features three 6–9-storey apartment buildings with two-storey underground parking connecting the entire complex. The buildings have a total of 187 apartments with sizes between 30-120 square metres. All apartments have spacious balconies (top floors apartments having balconies up to 21 square metres); first and sixth floor apartments have terraces. Each apartment of energy class A building is equipped with air-recuperation system, which provides fresh air and ensures inconspicuous air distribution in all rooms. Storage places and 201 parking places are located in the two-storey underground parking. The price per square metre of the apartments starts from 2000 euros.

Rinktinės Urban is located in a fast-developing area near former city stadium, just a short walking distance from the historical centre of Vilnius, Cathedral square and Gediminas castle. Schools, stores, renewed river embankment are located in the close vicinity.
