General Meeting

A General Meeting of the Company was held at 11am on 12 July 2018 pursuant to section 656(1) of the Companies Act 2006. 

This is required in circumstances where the value of the Company’s net assets is less than half of its called up share capital (categorised as a ‘Serious Loss of Capital’).

No resolutions were proposed at the meeting which was held for the purpose of allowing shareholders to consider whether any, and, if so what, steps should be taken to deal with the situation. 

As announced on 17 May 2018 and 9 July 2018 the Company has already taken measures to address a Serious Loss of Capital. This is subject to the passing of resolutions at the General Meeting to be held on 26 July 2018.

The Company’s annual general meeting is being held on Thursday 19 July 2018.
