MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Registration of the merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S

At the Ordinary General Meeting of Højgaard Holding A/S and at the Ordinary General Meeting of Monberg & Thorsen A/S both held on 5 April 2019, the merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S with Højgaard Holding A/S, as the continuing company, was adopted. In connection with the merger Højgaard Holding A/S changed name to MT Højgaard Holding A/S.

The merger and the updated articles of association of MT Højgaard Holding A/S have now been registered with the Danish Business Authority.
