MT Højgaard Holding A/S: Revised financial calendar 2019

As a consequence of the adoption of the merger of Højgaard Holding A/S and Monberg & Thorsen A/S, with Højgaard Holding as the continuing company under the name MT Højgaard Holding A/S, the Company has changed its financial calendar for 2019:

  • Interim financial report for the first quarter of 2019: 28 May 2019
  • Interim financial report for the second quarter of 2019: 28 August 2019
  • Interim financial report for the third quarter of 2019: 13 November 2019

The change is to ensure that the merger is accounted for correctly in the Company’s interim financial reports. The merger will be accounted for by applying the purchase method and taking into account the fact that MT Højgaard Holding A/S will not have accounting effect until 5 April 2019.
