Letter of intent terminated and negotiations regarding a potential acquisition has stopped.

Reference is made to the announcement made on 19 February 2019 (company announcement no. 3) regarding Netcompany entering into a letter of intent concerning a potential transaction.

After due diligence, the parties has not been able to agree on the final price and the negotiations has therefore stopped and the letter of intent has been terminated.

Netcompany's strategy remains focused on finding the right partners for continued growth in new countries through acquisitions.
