Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Netcompany Group A/S, CVR no. 39 48 89 14 (“Netcompany”), hereby notifies receipt of information of the following transactions made by persons closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Netcompany in Netcompany's shares and other financial instruments linked thereto.
AC NC Holding ApS (CVR no. 39622319), the joint holding company of André Rogaczewski, CEO and Claus Jørgensen, COO, have exercised a right to acquire the shares at a price equivalent to the three day volume weighted average trading price on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S after release of the interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2018.
