Karina Deacon resigns from the position as CFO of Nilfisk by the end of 2019

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Karina Deacon has accepted an offer to become Group CFO for DFDS, effective January 1, 2020. Consequently, Karina Deacon will resign as CFO of Nilfisk by December 31, 2019 at the latest. Until then, Karina Deacon will carry out her current responsibilities at Nilfisk.
The Nilfisk board of directors and CEO Hans Henrik Lund will initiate the recruitment of a new CFO as soon as possible.
