According to Nasdaq’s Rules for issuers of shares article 3.3.9, Nilfisk, a leading provider of professional cleaning products and services, today announces a leadership change for the Americas, a geographical segment covering sales across North and South America.

Effective immediately, Andrew Ray will resign as Executive Vice President for the Americas region.

Hans Henrik Lund, CEO of Nilfisk comments:

“US remains one of the most important growth markets for Nilfisk. We have initiated the process to identify the best possible candidate for the job to head the Americas region and drive sustainable growth plans across the region and in particular in our core US floorcare business.”

Until completion of this process, Hans Henrik Lund, CEO will act as interim Head of Americas.

“We wish to thank Andrew Ray for his contribution to Nilfisk and wish him all the best going forward.”

Andrew Ray joined Nilfisk in 2016.
