With reference to Section 29 of the Danish Security Trading Act, Nilfisk Holding A/S has been informed that PrimeStone Capital LLP has acquired shares in Nilfisk Holding A/S resulting in the 10% threshold being passed.

PrimeStone Capital LLP’s total shareholding has increased to 2,801,520 shares corresponding to 10.33% percent of the share capital of Nilfisk Holding A/S.
