Cristiano Veloso Acquires Securities of Verde AgriTech Plc

BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil, Oct. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cristiano Veloso (the “Acquiror”) announces that he acquired 1,092,308 shares (the “Shares”) of Verde AgriTech Plc (TSX: “NPK”) (OTCQB: “AMHPF”) (the “Company”) in connection with an exercise of stock options into Shares (the "Exercise"), on September 24, 2018. Prior to the Exercise, the Acquiror held 4,172,517 Shares representing approximately 9.79% of the issued and outstanding Shares. Following the Exercise, the Acquiror holds 5,264,825 Shares representing approximately 12.34% of the issued and outstanding Shares. The Acquiror paid $0.4137 per Share for total consideration of $451,923 (being the exercise price of the options converted in the Exercise). The Acquiror acquired the Shares for investment purposes, and the Acquiror may, depending upon market and other conditions, increase or decrease his beneficial ownership, control or direction over additional securities of the Company, through market transactions, private agreements, treasury issuances, exercise of convertible securities or otherwise. The Acquiror does not have any plans related to any of the matters in the enumerated list in Item 5.1 of Form 62-103F1.
