Northrim BanCorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.61 per Share

ANCHORAGE, Alaska, May 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRIM) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.61 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2024.

At the stock price of $53.01 per share at the close of the market on May 23, 2024, the current dividend equates to a yield of 4.60% on an annualized basis.

On April 24, 2024, Northrim reported net income of $8.2 million, or $1.48 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2024, compared to $6.6 million, or $1.19 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2023, and $4.8 million, or $0.84 per diluted share, in the first quarter a year ago.
