InspireMD, Inc. Announces Pricing of $2.4 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

TEL AVIV, Israel, April 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InspireMD, Inc. (NYSE American: NSPR), developer of the CGuard™ Embolic Prevention System (EPS) for the prevention of stroke caused by the treatment of carotid artery disease, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 486,957 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $5.00 per share. InspireMD expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2.4 million from the offering. The offering is expected to close on or about April 8, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.  InspireMD also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase an additional 73,043 shares of its common stock.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
