Nexstim Oyj: Osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunnan kokoonpano

Nexstim Oyj (NXTMH:HEX) (”Nexstim” tai ”Yhtiö”) ilmoittaa osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunnan kokoonpanosta.

Nexstimin hallituksen puheenjohtaja ja yhtiön suurinta osakkeenomistajaa edustava Leena Niemistö jatkaa nimitystoimikunnan puheenjohtajana. Ossi Haapaniemi, ja Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy:tä edustava Kyösti Kakkonen jatkavat toimikunnan jäseninä.

Nexstimin nimitystoimikunnassa tulee sen perustamisasiakirjan mukaan olla kolme-neljä jäsentä. Yhtiön kolme suurinta osakkeenomistajaa nimeävät kukin yhden jäsenen; jos osakkeenomistaja ei käytä oikeuttaan nimetä edustajaa, oikeus siirtyy seuraavaksi suurimmalle osakkeenomistajalle.

Nimitystoimikunta aloittaa tehtävänsä vuoden 2023 aikana.

Nexstimin Terapialiiketoiminta markkinoi ja myy NBS System 6 -laitteistoa, jolla on FDA:n markkinointi- ja jakelulupa vakavan masennuksen hoitoon Yhdysvalloissa. NBS 6 -laitteisto on CE-hyväksytty Euroopassa käytettäväksi vakavan masennuksen ja kroonisen neuropaattisen kivun hoidossa.
