OHB SE: Verschiebung der Veröffentlichung des Konzernabschlusses und der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung

Die OHB SE (ISIN: DE0005936124, Prime Standard) hat die Veröffentlichung des Konzernabschlusses der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 und die ordentliche Hauptversammlung verschoben.

Der testierte Konzernabschluss 2023 der OHB SE wird auf der nun für den 23. April 2024 geplanten Bilanzpressekonferenz und der sich am selben Tag anschließenden Analystenkonferenz im Detail erläutert sowie zum Herunterladen auf der Website der OHB SE zur Verfügung stehen.

Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung wird am 26. Juni 2024 als virtuelle Hauptversammlung stattfinden.
