Recording of the Second Quarter 2018 Investor Conference Webinar

On October 3 AS „Olainfarm” organized its Investor Conference Online Webinar. During the webinar the Advisor to the Board of AS „Olainfarm” Salvis Lapiņš analyzed the financial results of second quarter 2018 and informed about the other recent activities within the company.

Webinar participants were informed that AS “Olainfarm” has restarted negotiations about a possible acquisition of a Western European based producer of elastic materials. The expected cost of the transaction is below 2 million euros and, if concluded, it could significantly boost sales of AS “Olainfarm” daughter company Tonus Elast in Western countries.

Also, AS “Olainfarm” has contracted an experienced corporate governance expert Ainars Ozols for the assessment of company’s existing corporate governance practices and improvement suggestions, including those on longer term dividend policy.
