CPI FIM SA (formerly ORCO PROPERTY GROUP) - Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 24 April 2019

The extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of CPI FIM SA (formerly ORCO PROPERTY GROUP, the “Company”) was held on 24 April 2019 in front of a notary public (the “EGM”), with shareholders holding approximately 97.35% percent of the Company's shares being present or represented.

The EGM, convened on 22 March 2019, resolved to change the name of the Company from ORCO PROPERTY GROUP to CPI FIM SA.  The change of the name is effective as of today.

The EGM further resolved to fully restate the articles of association of the Company, without amending the corporate object and the authorized capital of the Company, to comply with and reflect recent changes in the Luxembourg corporate laws.
