Orion Oyj:n omien osakkeiden hankinta päättynyt

Orion Oyj:n 25.8.2022 tiedottama omien osakkeiden hankinta on saatettu päätökseen. Yhtiö on hankkinut Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n säännellyllä markkinalla järjestämässä kaupankäynnissä 1.9.2022 – 4.11.2022 välisenä aikana yhteensä 400 000 omaa B-osakettaan noin 44,7956 euron keskihintaan. Osakkeiden kokonaishankintahinta oli 17 918 232,27 euroa.

Tehtyjen hankintojen jälkeen yhtiöllä on hallussaan 932 771 omaa B-osakettaan, mikä vastaa noin 0,66 prosenttia yhtiön kaikista osakkeista ja 0,12 prosenttia äänistä.
