Fritze, Johnson, and O’Keefe to serve three-year terms on Board of Directors
FERGUS FALLS, Minn., April 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) hosted 224 shareholders and guests at its annual meeting of common shareholders on April 8 in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This was the corporation’s 109th annual meeting. Represented by proxy or present in person at the meeting was 82 percent of the corporation’s total shares outstanding.
Shareholders reelected Steven Fritze, Kathryn Johnson, and Timothy O’Keefe to serve three-year terms on Otter Tail Corporation’s board of directors. Fritze, of Eagan, Minnesota, is a retired chief financial officer of Ecolab, Inc. Fritze has been on the board since 2013. He serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. Johnson, of Hill City, South Dakota, is the owner/principal of Johnson Environmental. Johnson has been on the board since 2013. She serves on the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. O’Keefe, of Grand Forks, North Dakota, is a retired chief executive officer of the University of North Dakota Foundation and executive vice president of the University of North Dakota Alumni Association. O’Keefe has been on the board since 2014. He serves on the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees.
