PREOS Real Estate AG: Shareholders' Meeting 2020 is postponed and will be held on 25 May 2020 as a virtual meeting

Leipzig, 28 April 2020 - The Executive Board of PREOS Real Estate AG ("PREOS", ISIN DE000A2LQ850) has decided, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to postpone the 2020 Shareholders' Meeting originally planned for 5 May 2020 in Leipzig due to the ongoing corona pandemic. Furthermore, it was decided to apply a new legal regulation and to hold the Shareholders' Meeting as a mere virtual Shareholders' Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their representatives on 25 May 2020 rather than a physical event. This option was chosen because the health of the attendees of the Shareholders' Meeting is a top priority for PREOS and no risk should be taken.
