Peapack-Gladstone Bank Hires Kenneth R. Geiger, Senior Vice President, Special Assets

Geiger as Senior Vice President, Special Assets at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Working out of the Bank’s Headquarters in Bedminster, New Jersey, Mr. Geiger’s primary role includes managing various workout situations and processes for the Bank. Responsibilities also include managing the workout portfolio, recommending risk rating changes and impairment levels to executive management, negotiating with borrowers, developing workout strategies, assisting with policy and procedure updates and other credit-related matters.
An accomplished financial professional, Mr. Geiger brings to the Bank 25 years of banking experience previously serving as Special Assets Director, Capital One Bank where he was responsible for portfolio management, sales and restructuring. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Special Assets and Portfolio Management at The CIT Group, Inc.; Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Global Bank Group; and in equally impressive roles at Bank of America and FleetBoston Financial.
Ken is a resident of Morris Plains, New Jersey, member of the New Jersey State Bar and holds RMA CRC designation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University, MBA from the University of Baltimore and Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
