AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp kontserni kuuluv AS Tallinna Moekombinaat vaidlustab Tallinna Ringkonnakohtu määruse



 

Tallinna Ringkonnakohus otsustas 29. jaanuaril 2021 jätta rahuldamata AS-i Tallinna Moekombinaat ja ettevõtte kolme võlausaldaja - Elkoral OÜ, OÜ Kristiine KVH ja AS-i Merko Ehitus Eesti - määruskaebused, milles vaidlustati Harju Maakohtu määrus lõpetada AS-i Tallinna Moekombinaat saneerimismenetlus. AS Tallinna Moekombinaat on otsustanud nimetatud määruse vaidlustada ja esitas täna määruskaebuse Eesti Vabariigi Riigikohtule menetlemiseks.

Vaidlustamise ajal saneerimismenetlus jätkub, AS-i Tallinna Moekombinaat suhtes kehtivad edasi saneerimismenetluse algatamise tagajärjed ja T1 Mall of Tallinn jätkab igapäevast tegevust. AS-i Tallinna Moekombinaat saneerimisprotsess ei mõjuta AS-i Pro Kapital Grupp ülejäänud kontserni ettevõtete tegevust.
