AS Pro Kapital Grupp teatab tagatud võlakirjade osalisest lunastamisest

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (edaspidi Ettevõte) on emiteerinud tagatud, fikseeritud intressimääraga võlakirjad 2020/2028, ISIN SE0013801172, kogumahus 28 500 000 eurot, mille jääkväärtuseks on kokku 19 950 000 eurot (edaspidi Võlakirjad).

Ettevõtte teatab käesolevaga, et teostab Võlakirjade lunastamise kogusummas 9 405 000 eurot nimiväärtuse alusel (330 eurot ühe võlakirja kohta), millele lisanduvad kogunenud ja tasumata intressid (edaspidi Osaline lunastamine).

Osaline lunastamine teostatakse osaliselt (4 405 000 eurot) vastavalt Võlakirjade tingimuste punktile 11.3 (Emitendi poolt ennetähtaegne vabatahtlik osaline lunastamine) ja osaliselt (5 000 000 eurot) vastavalt punkti 12.12 alapunktile c (Saksamaa hotellitegevusega seonduv kohustus). Osaline lunastamine teostatakse proportsionaalselt, vähendades iga võlakirja jääksummat hinnaga, mis võrdub 100 protsendiga jääksummast, millele lisandub lunastatud summalt kogunenud, kuid tasumata intress. Pärast osalist lunastamist on iga Võlakirja jääksumma 370 eurot ja Võlakirjade kogusumma 10 545 000 eurot.

Osaline lunastamine teostatakse 20. augustil 2025 nendele Võlakirjaomanikele, kes on 13. augusti 2025 seisuga kantud Euroclear Sweden registrisse.

Vastavalt Võlakirjade tingimustele saadetakse 25. juulil 2025  võlakirjaomanikele võlakirjade osalise lunastamise teade. Nimetatud teade tehakse kättesaadavaks Ettevõtte ja Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) veebilehtedel.
