Changes in Management Boards of AS Pro Kapital Grupp group subsidiaries and Council of Latvian subsidiary

AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs its shareholders about the changes in the Company’s subsidiaries to be implemented from 01 September 2019. “We have decided to implement the changes to the managerial positions to involve the Management Team members of the mother company in the activities of the subsidiaries more than we have so far,” said Paolo Michelozzi, CEO of AS Pro Kapital Grupp.

From 01.09.2019 the following Management Boards of the Group subsidiaries and the Council of one Latvian group company shall continue in the following compositions:

AS Pro Kapital Eesti – Management Board: Allan Remmelkoor, new member: Edoardo Axel Preatoni
