(NASDAQ: PLUG), a global leader in comprehensive hydrogen solutions for the green hydrogen economy, invites investors and the general public to listen to a webcast of its annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The live webcast can be accessed through the Internet at . A general corporate overview and question and answer session is expected to follow the business portion of the annual meeting.

Stockholders of record will be able to submit questions on the day of the meeting in writing through the virtual annual meeting website using the 16-digit control number located in their proxy card.
