Pandora hereby announces that Isabelle Parize today has informed the Chair of the Board about her decision to resign from the Board.

Peter A. Ruzicka, Chair of the Board says: “The Board takes note of Isabelle’s decision and would like to thank her for her valuable contribution to Pandora’s successful development and her support to the new Phoenix strategy.”
